Robert S. Fary

Bob Fary brings over 15 years of homecare-based sales and clinical management to Inogen. After 5 years working as a respiratory therapist and educator, Bob joined Lifecare International, a leading manufacturer of portable respiratory devices in 1989. Bob served as Lifecare's Vice President of Sales and Field Operations for 4 years, until Lifecare was sold to Respironics. Bob spent 2 years introducing Respironics to the long term care industry, establishing contacts with the largest institutional purchasing groups.

Most recently, Bob worked at Apria Healthcare, the nation's largest provider of home medical equipment and services, as Corporate Director of Respiratory/HME Services. In addition to managing the activities of the over 1000 Apria RT's, Bob worked closely with Apria's customers and sales team to create programs and policies resulting in increased efficiency and improved patient care. Bob was recognized as the top RT in the homecare industry by the American Respiratory Care Foundation in 2002. He has been a key advocate for homecare patients in Washington, working with patient advocacy and physician groups to ensure that all patients continue to have access to the most modern technology.
